YouTube Music Seeding Kits

To celebrate the launch of YouTube Music as a music streaming platform, Optimist created custom pre-launch seeding kits. We sent the kits to label executives, A&R reps, press, influencers and artists across the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Australia and Sweden markets inviting them to join an early access program for subscriptions. The kits were distributed via a premium white glove service program, often times accompanied by an in-person tutorial with YouTube's recently named Global Head of Music, Lyor Cohen. Combining the new service platform with Google hardware, the kits offered seamless access to experience, discover and explore the world of YouTube Music.
